Your Xoxzo account supports two payment options: prepaid via credit card and postpaid invoicing for corporate users.

Overview

Newly registered Xoxzo accounts are set to prepaid mode by default.
When you sign up, a small amount of trial credit is provided so you can test SMS or Voice API features.
To continue using the service, you can add credits online anytime, 24/7, using a credit card.

When a payment is made, a receipt email will be automatically sent to your registered account address.
If you require an official invoice or separate receipt, please forward the receipt email or include your purchase number and contact [email protected].

Prepaid credits have a validity period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please purchase credits according to your expected usage volume.

Managing Credit Balance

You can configure low balance notifications from your account dashboard.
When your remaining credit falls below the set threshold, an alert will be sent to your registered email address.
You can then top up your credits promptly to avoid service interruptions.

Postpaid Billing (Corporate Contracts)

If your service usage increases and prepaid credit payments become inconvenient,
corporate users may apply for a postpaid billing (invoice-based) plan.
To request this, please contact [email protected].

After a brief internal review and contract process, your account can be switched to postpaid mode.
In postpaid accounts, your balance will show as negative according to your usage,
and an invoice will be issued monthly with payment due by the end of the following month (bank transfer only).

For smaller usage volumes, prepaid payments via credit card may be more convenient,
considering bank transfer fees and administrative costs.
